Returns & Change of Mind Policy

We want you to love your jewellery, but we understand that sometimes a change of heart happens. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:

Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Quality Assessment & Final Decision

All returned items will go through a Quality Assurance assessment to ensure they meet our return conditions. Our team will inspect the item’s condition and packaging and determine whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange. If the item does not meet our return criteria (e.g., signs of wear, damage, missing packaging), we may decline the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item has a major fault or does not match its description. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

How to Return Your Item

  • Contact us at support@rhodeandco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions, including our return address.
  • Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
  • If exchanging, we will ship your new item once the return has been received and processed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
